A rating of 4.8+

As a property owner, you have no control over the reviews you receive, making it especially difficult to maintain it on such a high level. This criterion is pretty much self-explanatory, as it implies you are canceling less than 1% of all your bookings. This is probably the easiest rule to follow, as you would not normally want to cancel a booking for your property.

A response rate of 90%

A response rate of 90% implies responding to at least ninety percent of your inbox within the first 24 hours. Even though it might sound easy before you launch your business, it becomes trickier, especially, for the first few weeks or even months of operation.
